The title of this study is Evaluation of Beverage Consumption. I am studying how different messages influence or do not influence behavior. Everybody who takes the survey gets in the drawing. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. We use your email address to keep track of who did the survey and to tell you if you won.
The survey is anonymous and completely confidential. These questions will not be used to try to figure out “who said what.” Rather, they will be used to find out how different groups of people feel about things. We don’t want your name.
