  • 10/4 T-shirt Making for the Clothesline Project

The Clothesline Project is a visual display of t-shirts made by survivors and secondary survivors of gender-based violence to raise awareness about the prevalence of these violations right here on campus. The Clothesline Project will take place at the Oak Leaf on Fairfield Way from Monday, October 8th to Friday, October 12th from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM, daily.  Survivors and supporters are encouraged to stop by the Women’s Center Program Room (SU Room 421) Thursday, October 4th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, to create their own t-shirts. If you are interested in making a t-shirt but cannot be there during the scheduled time, please contact Nicole Simonsen at nes11008work@uconn.edu.
