  • Alternative Break: Rural Poverty in Cosby, TN

    Does an immersive week doing service involving rural poverty interest you? Do you want the opportunity to meet new people and grow your UConn community? Apply to participate within the Rural Poverty Alternative Break in Cosby, TN. Potential projects include working in their thrift shop, home repairs, serving meals at a local soup kitchen, donation warehouse organization, and food distribution. You will get the opportunity to learn more about the topic and area through 8 pre-trip meetings and also two post-trip meeting.
