  • 9/7 Examples of Radical Visual Art

    The artist and activist Meredith Stern will talk about Historical and Contemporary Examples of Radical Visual Art from 10 to 11 am in the Konover Auditorium in the Dodd's Center. The talk will start with a slideshow of work by socially engaged artists, collectives, and cooperatives. Then she will talk about her past and present work, including a series of prints on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. She will discuss human rights issues in the US and how to address these issues in visual artwork with an intersectional perspective.
