  • Join Mindfulness Club

Are you interested in improving your memory, focus, productivity, and self-awareness? Are you also interested in decreasing stress, anxiety, pain, and depression? If you answered yes to any of these questions then you have come to the right place! Mindfulness Club is a new club on campus with no religious affiliation whose purpose is to foster a community of students who share a common interest in meditation techniques.

    Our goals include:

    1. Help all members and the University's community to develop a formal meditation practice that can benefit their health and study habits

    2. Promote a place for students to participate in friendly discussion relating to topics such as presence, awareness, positive habit building, ego, self esteem, and many many more!

    3. Create a community of authentic individuals who share the desire to improve themselves physically, emotionally, and mentally.

If you are interested, fill out this Google Form to be added to our email list and GroupMe: https://goo.gl/forms/qaKmgTTMJnYYd8Fx1

Meeting will be in room SU319  5-6pm on 4/26

Due to the club being so new our goal right now is to prepare for next year and test out different ideas for meetings. If you plan on being around next fall this would be a great opportunity to help shape the foundation of the club (still looking for people interested in executive board positions)
