  • 4/27 Flowing to Finals-Vinyasa, Relaxation & Journaling

    Flowing into Finals – Vinyasa, Relaxation, & Journaling: This four session workshop will include traditional Vinyasa yoga, journaling, and relaxation exercises designed to help you translate key skills of mindfulness and yoga to the challenges of finals.  This class is designed especially for students.  We encourage you to attend all four sessions, but it is not required– come to one session or all!
