  • Metanoia - the Environment in Literature and Film

Join the the Metanoia conversation through an exploration of newly acquired Library materials designed to raise awareness and understanding of the interactions between our environment and society. This selection of multi-disciplinary literature and films aims to promote more grounded and critical discussions on the environment and address the need to encapsulate a solid foundation of its history and fundamental aspect. The physical materials will be on display on Level 1 in Homer Babbidge from April 13-27 and online through the Environmental Science Collection at http://s.uconn.edu/environsci.

The program is in memory of our colleague Roger Brisson, a tireless advocate for the role that libraries play in critical discussions that help us learn and grow from one another.
