Human Resources is pleased to announce our customer service training "Platinum HUSKY Service"; a professional development program for faculty and staff on providing outstanding customer service to our students, parents, community and colleagues. This program is comprised of three sessions, and participants are expected to attend all three sessions.
Each session will be held on Mondays from 9am-Noon, Student Union, Room 104, Storrs campus:
Session 1: Exceeding Expectations, April 16
Session 2: The Turnaround Experience, April 23
Session 3: The Internal Customer, April 30
Please register at Learning@Work by Friday, April 6. By registering for the 1st session, you have committed to attend all 3 sessions. Please remember to seek your supervisor's approval to attend.
