Erain O'Neill Carrillo, University of Puerto Rico, Electrical and Computer Engineering, will give a public lecture entitled "The rise and fall of the 'economic miracle': Crisis of the electric infrastructure in Puerto RIco and possible futures" on Wednesday, February 28, 2:30-4:00pm at PRLACC.
