  • HR Professional Development Programs, Spring 2018

    Human Resources is pleased to announce our Leadership and Customer Service professional development programs for Spring 2018.  These instructor led programs are available via open enrollment.  Please register at Learning@Work   There is no cost to attend.  Each employee must have supervisory approval and attend all three sessions of each program.

    • Supervisor Essentials Program (SEP):  Communications Track (for mid-level supervisors and managers)                                           
    • Supervisor Essentials Program (SEP):  Performance Management Track (for mid-level supervisors and managers) Prerequisite:  Completion of SEP Communications Track
    • Interaction and Leadership  Program (ILP) (for individual contributors
    • Platinum Husky Service (PHS):  Customer Service (for all employees)
