The sessions will take place at the Student Union, Storrs, Room 104 from 9am-Noon
Exceeding Expectations-Thursday, November 16
The Turnaround Experience-Tuesday, November 28
The Internal Customer-Thursday, December 14
Prerequisite: Prior to Session 1, you will need to fill out and send in your responses to a one page document that will be sent to you. Also between each module, there will be assigned work to prepare prior to sessions 2 and 3.
Policies: You must attend all three sessions and have supervisory approval before registering.
