Service Disruptions October 14th - Hartford- Buckland-Storrs Express (Route 913)
On Saturday, October 14, 2017, from approximately 6:00am to 2:30pm, as a result of street closures associated with Eversource Hartford Marathon , CTtransit Route 913 will not serve bus stops in downtown Hartford.
Route 913 will serve regular stops East of the River as well as Sigourney Street Station. Shuttle buses will operate from the Church Street stop and the Spruce Street stop at Union Station, to transport passengers to Sigourney Street Station. Passengers should anticipate approximately 20-30 minutes for the shuttle connection.
During the 2017 Hartford Marathon, there will be temporary service disruptions and delays for Downtown Hartford, West Hartford and East Hartford bus service, on both CTtransit and CTfastrak. In Downtown Hartford, all bus stops on Main Street between South Green and Church Street will be closed at 6:00AM. All local buses will only serve temporary stops at Church and Main Street. The hub of CTfastrak service during this time will be on Spruce Street at Union Station and the Sigourney Street Station.
