Protecting Rights at the End of the Line: Stakeholder Engagement in Light Manufacturing

    October 5-6, 2017

This two-day conference will explore the opportunities and challenges for meaningful stakeholder engagement in light manufacturing. Scholars, advocates, and professionals will take part in a comprehensive discussion of specific tools and strategies, and examine concrete examples of empowered community engagement. Join us as we consider how to protect the rights of some of the world’s most vulnerable workers in one of the most competitive and diffuse business sectors.

Attendance is free, but registration is required. To register, please fill out our registration form.

Events begin in KONOVER AUDITORIUM at the Thomas J. Dodd Research Center on October 5 at 8:30am. For specific panel times and locations, please see the agenda posted on the conference website: http://businessandhumanrights.uconn.edu/events/stakeholder-engagement/.
