  • Customer Service Professional Development

    Human Resources is pleased to announce our program on customer service called "Platinum HUSKY Service"; a professional development program for faculty and staff on providing outstanding customer service to our students, parents, community and colleagues.  This program is comprised of three sessions.  Participants are expected to attend all three sessions with supervisory approval.

    Each session will be held on Wednesdays from 9am-Noon, Student Union, Room 104, Storrs campus:

    Session 1:  Exceeding Expectations, September 27

    Session 2:  The Turnaround Experience, October 11

    Session 3:  The Internal Customer, October 25
