As we eagerly anticipate the start of a new academic year, we are also excited to kick off the 2017 UConn Football season! The Huskies will host Holy Cross in the season home opener this Thursday, August 31, at 7:30 p.m. at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field in East Hartford.
We are once again pleased to offer up to four (4) complimentary tickets to all UConn Faculty and Staff to Thursday’s game. We greatly appreciate your ongoing support of our athletics program and hope this offer represents an extension of our thanks.
New this season, to receive up to four complimentary tickets, please fill out the online form at UConnHuskies.com. Once you complete and submit the online form, you will receive a confirmation page with further instructions to pick up your tickets. Deadline for requesting tickets is Wednesday, August 30.
Faculty and Staff at the Storrs campus will be able to pick up tickets in advance of the game at the Athletics Ticket Office. For those who work at the Regional Campuses, UConn Health and the School of Law, you may pick up your tickets at the stadium on gameday. Please present your Staff ID to pick up your tickets.
If you already have tickets, you are welcome to claim tickets for other family members or friends who will enjoy the game. Faculty and staff members will still need to submit the online form as well as pick up the tickets with your Staff ID. Last season we saw a wonderful turnout of UConn Faculty and Staff at the first game of the season. It was a great addition to the overall atmosphere and excitement, we hope you are able to join us again this year. Go Huskies!
