Do you know a student who would make a great mentor for LGBTQ+ first-year students at UConn? Invite them to apply for the FAMILEE mentoring program for the Rainbow Center!
This program matches first-year students with a year-long mentor who will guide them through the transition to college. Applications are available on the Rainbow Center website at rainbowcenter.uconn.edu/FAMILEE.
Mentors will go through training and an orientation process, and some leadership opportunities are available.
