About the Speaker: Tom Hamburger is part of a team of reporters that has investigated Trump since he entered the presidential race in the summer of 2015. Hamburger probed Trump’s business dealings and wrote some of the first stories about his financial ties to Russia. Hamburger can speak to the importance of journalistic accountability and the challenges that the press faces in fulfilling its mission while covering the Trump administration.
