  • Customer Service Professional Development

    The Department of Human Resources is pleased to announce our program on Customer Service called "Platinum HUSKY Service"; a professional development program for faculty and staff on providing outstanding customer service to our students, parents, community and colleagues.  This program is comprised of three sessions and participants are expected to attend all three sessions.

    Each session will be held on Tuesdays from 9am-Noon, Student Union, Room 304C, Storrs campus:

    Session 1:  Exceeding Expectations, March 21

    Session 2:  The Turnaround Experience, March 28

    Session 3:  The Internal Customer, April 4
