Award Description: This award honors the outstanding contributions and leadership of student employee supervisors at UConn.
Eligible Nominees: Any permanent staff member at UConn that supervises student employees.
Eligible Campuses: All Campuses .
Additional Eligibility Criteria: 1) Nominees must have direct supervisory responsibilities of a UConn student(s). Has positive leadership style and empowers others.

Eligible Nominees: Any permanent staff member of an off-campus community service organization that supervises UConn student employees.
Eligible Campuses: All off campus community service employers.
Additional Eligibility Criteria: 1) Nominees must have direct supervisory responsibilities of a UConn student(s). Has positive leadership style and empowers others.
