Spanish 1020 is an interdisciplinary course about how art, film and architecture are interrelated in Spain and in the present world at large. Understanding how these contemporary cultural phenomena are mutually influential sheds light on the complexities of cultural and artistic productions. This connection plays a crucial role in contemporary Spanish culture and identity. Topics include youth culture, politics, society, ideology, and national identity.
The course is in English and it fulfills CA-1 and CA-4 GenEd requirements.
