For one night only, come experience Earthtones Vocal Ensemble and the UCONN Steel Pan Ensemble as they perform “Trini to de Bone,” songs from Trinidad & Tobago. The songs will include Ella Andall’s spiritual “Elegba Ko Lona” from Songs of the Orisha, David Rudder’s jaming “Claypso Music”, and more. With special guests master artist Dr. Leah Brown and Dr. Joseph Abramo on guitar, this will be a night you don’t want to miss. The performance will be held on Saturday, December 3rd at the von der Mehden Recital Hall, 175 Coventry Rd., Storrs. General admission is free. Plenty of well-lit parking across the street.
