This information pertains to the Storrs campus only:
Checks for the week of Thanksgiving will be made available to departments for distribution on Wednesday, 11/23/16. Distribution will take place in the Payroll Office (Rm. 334, Budds Building), from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please note the change of both date and time.
Direct deposit payments will be made on 11/23/16, and checks will be printed with a date of 11/25/16. Checks dated 11/25/16 can be cashed after 3:00 p.m., on 11/23/16 (the official start of the next banking day).
Departments that have submitted an “Authorization to Send Checks via Campus Mail,” will receive their checks on Wednesday, 11/23/16. Please note; however, that Mail Services will be closed on Friday, 11/25/16. Departments that have not submitted an “Authorization to Send Check via Campus Mail,” and do not claim their checks in the Payroll Office on Wednesday, 11/23/16; will receive their checks in the campus mail on Monday, 11/28/16.
