    Join the Department of Human Resources on Wednesday, November 9th at 9:30am in Konover Auditorium for a briefing regarding the upcoming changes to the Department of Labor's (DOL) FLSA regulations.  As we have communicated over the past several month the DOL announced in May an update to the overtime regulations under the FLSA, increasing the standard salary level to qualify for exemption from the FLSA overtime requirement from $455 per week ($23,660 per year) to $913 per week ($47,476 per year).

    The changes will be effective December 1st.  As this deadline for implementation quickly approaches, Human Resources invites you to participate in this seesion to learn more about the regulation changes, the implications for UConn managers and employees, budgetary impact, as well as detailed information regarding the implementation and rollout.
