  • Eczema Research Study Enrolling Participants

    Do you have eczema?

    Eczema is a chronic skin condition that usually appears as dry, red, itchy rashes on the skin. The Department of Dermatology at UConn Health is studying a potential eczema treatment.

    There is no cost to participate in this study. If you qualify for this study, you may receive reimbursement for travel costs and time associated with this study.

    If you qualify to participate, you will have an 80% chance of receiving study drug, and a 20% chance of receiving placebo (inactive substance) for 12 weeks.

    "A phase 2b randomized, double blind, placebo controlled, parallel, multicenter, dose-ranging, study to evaluate the efficacy and safety profile of PF-04965842 in subjects with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis."  Approved by UConn Health IRB # 16-191-1
