10/13 Flu Vaccination Clinic at UConn in Storrs
In preparation for this year's flu season, the State of Connecticut has contracted with Western Connecticut Home Care to administer on-site flu vaccination clinics for state employees.
The Flu Vaccination Clinic at UConn Storrs will be held on October 13 from 9am-2pm, Student Union, Room 304B, 2110 Hillside Road.
State employees must bring their medical ID card to the clinic for insurance billing. State employees who have other coverage and are not enrolled in the State of Connecticut employee health plan are eligible to get a flu shot at this clinic by presenting their medical insurance. Western Connecticut Home Care is authorized to bill the member's coverage directly.
