The University submitted its Facilities and Administrative rate proposal to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in June 2015 and received an agreement as to what rates may be used to charge federal grants and contracts for the fiscal years 2016 through 2020. These rates include Sponsored Research, Sponsored Instruction, and Other Sponsored Activities.
