The Mansfield Downtown Partnership is hosting the 13th annual Celebrate Mansfield Festival on Sunday, September 18th from noon to 4pm as a way to bring residents of the Town of Mansfield and UConn students, faculty, and staff together for a day that celebrates the best of Mansfield including art, music, entertainment, food, games, and activities while promoting Storrs Center businesses.
