Human Resources is pleased to announce the Fall, 2016 program "Platinum HUSKY Service"; a professional development program for faculty and staff on providing outstanding customer service to our students, parents, community and one another.
This program is three sessions (must attend all three and have supervisory approval). Each session will be held from 9am-Noon, Student Union, Room 304C, Storrs Campus: Exceeding Expectations (10/28), The Turnaround Experience (11/4), and the Internal Customer (11/18)
