  • FY17 UCPEA Classification Salary Schedule

    As the result of the Board of Trustees’ approval to extend the current UCPEA contract, the July 1, 2015 salary schedule for the UCPEA bargaining unit will remain in effect for fiscal year 2017 or until such time as a successor agreement is ratified and approved by the Board of Trustees and Legislature, whichever occurs first.  The current salary schedule can be found at UCPEA Classification Salary & Longevity Schedule.

    As a reminder, no employee shall be hired at less than the minimum salary for the UCPEA level.  The hiring range shall be defined as any amount between the minimum and defined maximum.  In determining the hiring salary of a candidate, consideration shall be given to qualification, experience and market trends.  In order to maintain salary equity for all employees in the UCPEA bargaining unit and to be consistent with the contract, hiring administrators must consult with their designated Human Resources Specialist at 860-486-3034 when considering a salary above the midpoint of the new salary schedule.
