UConn Connects is seeking Faculty and Staff Mentors to assist students in achieving their academic and personal goals. Mentors agree to meet with students on a weekly basis to advise, guide and support them as they navigate the university. This rewarding opportunity directly impacts UConn’s retention efforts. Faculty and Staff members from all areas are welcome. A brief training will be provided.
