The EarlyBird Deadline, 6/8/16, is fast approaching for Kids Are Scientists and Engineers Too (KASET).
This summer, children entering grades 5 – 10 can take the following week-long workshops:
6/27-7/1 Archaeology Field School for Kids (grades 5-10)
6/27-7/1 Robotics is Full!
7/5-7/7 Marine Explorers* (grades 5-8)
7/11-7/15 Space Astronomy (grades 5-10)
7/11-7/15 Junior Engineers (grades 5-8)
7/11-7/15 Magnificent Microbes (grades 5-10)
7/18 -7/20 Marine Explorers* (grades 5-8)
7/18-7/22 Explore Your Physical World (grades 5-10)
7/25-7/29 Zoom! Crash! Instant Replay! (iMovie) (grades 5-9)
8/8-8/12 Chemistry: Light, Color, Heat (grades 5-10)
Cost: Each workshop costs $200. All materials and lab fees are included.
Discounts:
- If you register by June 8th, the individual workshop cost is $185.
- If a child registers for more than one workshop, you will receive a 10% discount.
- If you register more than one child in a family, you will receive a 10% discount.
To Register by Mail: Go to www.KASET.uconn.edu. Print out the registration form in the brochure and mail it in with your payment. (It must be postmarked by June 8, 2016, to be eligible for the $185 workshop price.)
To Register Online: Go to www.KASET.uconn.edu and follow the online registration instructions.
All applications must be accompanied by full payment. A $35 non-refundable registration fee comes out of the workshop price. If a workshop is full, however, the entire amount will be refunded.
