UConn Blooms has a vast assortment of annuals, herbs and vegetables grown right here on campus! Geraniums, petunias, coleus, marigolds and vinca are just some of the plants we've grown. Customers have come as far away as Danbury and New Haven for our geraniums which are $4.99 each and twice the size as box store plants.
Tomatoes, have we got tomatoes! Individually potted, strong plants in a variety of colors and sizes for in-ground or patio growing. Rosemary, oregano, basil and parsley in 4" pots ready to use immediately for cooking. UConn Blooms takes great pride in the quality of our plants and has carefully nutured them. Come in and see for yourself the difference!
UConn Blooms is located in the Floriculture Building at 1395 Storrs Road. Parking is available alongside our greenhouse and in the Towers parking lot across from the yellow barn. We are open Monday through Friday 10:30 to 5:00. Come in early to ensure the top quality plants!
