It's one week before finals which means you need your daily dose of sugar before those dreaded all nighters. What could be better than some delicious, glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts?
The Pakistani Community at UConn will be selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts on Monday, April 25th from 12pm to 6pm in the lobby of the Homer Babbidge Library to support our fundraiser for this year, Zindagi Trust!
- 1 Doughnut for $1
- 12 Doughnuts for $8
Zindagi Trust is a non-profit organization that strives to improve the quality of government school education available to the average Pakistani. Our support efforts specifically will go towards their girl's school reform project at the SBM Fatima Jinnah Government School in Karachi. The money will help infrastructural development, administrative upheaval, academic reform and the introduction of extra-curricular activities and student development courses.
- If we raise $100, we will be able to support one year of a student's primary education.
- If we raise $250, we will be able to support a complete primary education for a student.
- If we raise $500, we will be able to support one month of education of an entire school of 75 students.
