  • UCPEA Annual Performance Evaluations

    Re:       UCPEA Performance Evaluations and Annual Reports of Activity and Achievement

    Please be advised that the annual performance evaluation process for employees represented by UCPEA will proceed in accordance with the usual time-lines as provided in Article 21 of the collective bargaining agreement.  Supervisors, however, will not be conducting merit assessments or making merit recommendations at the time of the evaluation. As in the past, supervisors may require employees, with two weeks prior notice, to provide an Annual Report of their Activity and Achievement as an important source of information for the performance evaluation.  Employees may also volunteer to provide such a report.  Annual Reports of Activity and Achievement for this evaluation year (May 1, 2015 – April 30, 2016) must be submitted to supervisors by April 15, 2016 for consideration in the evaluation process.
