  • Consulting System Update

    Dear Colleagues,
     
    We write to announce that the current version of the online faculty consulting system (OFCAS) will undergo maintenance during the week of spring break. The update will help maintain the system’s functionality and reliability and provides a greater foundation for future improvements to the application.
     
    New online consulting requests using OFCAS will be accepted through Friday, March 11. From March 12 through March 16, the Faculty Consulting Office will work with faculty, department heads, and deans to act upon all open requests in the system. After that work is complete, OFCAS will undergo maintenance and testing on March 17 and 18. The system will relaunch on Monday, March 21, with a new url that will be posted on the Faculty Consulting website: http://consulting.uconn.edu.  
     
    We understand that faculty consulting opportunities may arise during the maintenance period. The Faculty Consulting Office will process urgent requests by hard copy, and we will ask faculty to subsequently submit online requests for these same activities when the system becomes active on March 21.
