    Four Arrows is looking for new undergraduate student facilitators for our 2016-2017 school year!

    The job provides opportunities to learn how to lead groups in an experiential learning experience. It will also be an opportunity to work with other students both outdoors/ indoors while also learning other skills such as marketing, organizing events, navigation and other outdoor skills.

    Requirements:  

    • Familiarity with outdoor and/or experiential education
    • Facilitator training is required and will be provided in August before classes begin
    • Ability to work independently, as well as a member of a team
    • Comfortable with public speaking
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible way with diverse populations, on staff and with participants
    • Know and follow emergency procedures (guide provided)
    • Attend weekly challenge course facilitator meetings and hold office hours on weekdays
    • Knowledge of local operating procedures (will be provided) rules and regulations

    Freshman, sophomore or junior standing.
