  • Tabata Bootcamp New Exercise Program at Hawley

    Current exercise research has shown the benefits and advantages of High Intensity Interval Training.  Julie Lynch, Tabata Bootcamp TM Instructor, is teaching this 8-week group exercise program using the Tabata training concept at Hawley Armory.  Shorter workouts at increasing intensities helps boost your metabolism even after the workout is over!

    • Energizing & fun group classes at Hawley: Mon’s & Wed’s, 12:30 – 1:15 PM
      • Classes begin Mon, 2/1 and meet through Wed, 3/30
      • Personalized program with your goals targeted
      • New workouts throughout the program - Muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and cardio fitness included
      • 24/7 website access – to track progress, interact with your trainer and fellow bootcampers – and – web-based workouts in case you miss a class and to supplement your workouts.

    Class fee - $160.00

    Hawley member class fee is discounted to $125 (for 4-month and 1-year memberships)
