Applications for the 2016 Summer Undergraduate Research Fund (SURF) Award program are due by 4:00pm on Monday, February 1, 2016. The SURF program supports full-time UConn undergraduates in summer research or creative projects. These competitive awards are available to students in all majors and at all UConn campuses.
Faculty members serving as research advisors to students applying for this award should submit their letters of recommendation on or before the February 1st deadline. Recommendation letters should be sent from the faculty's UConn email address to the Office of Undergraduate Research at our@uconn.edu. Please note "SURF Letter of Recommendation" and the student's name in the subject line.
