    The Department of Human Resources is pleased to announce our spring program on Customer Service called "Platinum HUSKY Service"; a professional development program for faculty and staff on providing outstanding customer service to our students, parents, community and colleagues.  This program is comprised of three sessions and participants are expected to attend all three sessions.

    Each session will be held from 9am-Noon, Student Union, Storrs campus:

    Session 1:  Exceeding Expectations, Friday, March 4, Room 304C

    Session 2:  The Turnaround Experience, Thursday, March 10, Room 304C

    Session 3:  The Internal Customer, Thursday, March 17, Room 304B

    By registering for the 1st session, you have committed to attend all 3.  Please remember to seek you supervisor's approval to attend.
