  • UConn IDEA Grant Information Sessions

    Funding of up to $4000 per student is available through the UConn IDEA Grant to support student-designed projects including artistic endeavors, community service initiatives, research projects, entrepreneurial ventures, and other innovative projects.

    Undergraduates in all majors at all campuses can apply. Applications are accepted from individuals and from small groups.

    Please encourage your students to attend one of the upcoming UConn IDEA Grant information sessions to learn more about the program.

    • Monday, January 18th, 1:00-2:00pm, Rowe 213
    • Thursday, January 21st, 5:00-6:00pm, Rowe 420
    • Wednesday, January 27th, 5:00-6:00pm, Rowe 420
    • Friday, January 29th, 1:00-2:00pm, Gentry 430

    The application deadline for 2016-17 academic year funding is Monday, March 14, 2016.

    Interested students can also schedule an appointment with an OUR advisor or stop by OUR Drop-In Hours to have their questions answered.
