Dear UConn Water System Users:
The University of Connecticut is lifting the Stage IB and Stage IA Water Conservation Alerts that were issued when area streamflows were reduced by seasonally dry conditions. The recent rainfall has restored streamflow in the rivers near our wellfields.
Thank you for your support and cooperation throughout our period of water conservation. Even though our conservation stages are officially lifted, we encourage your prudent use of water consumption throughout the year.
