  • Farm to Chef Week at Chuck & Augie's

    This fall the Connecticut Department of Ag's 2015 Farm-to-Chef Week at Chuck & Augie’s will be held September 14th – 18th and will feature these special local menu items:

    • Roasted Beet “Tar-Tar"
    • Bruschetta Salad
    • Farmers Market Panini
    • Pork Ravioli over Ratatouille
    • Pumpkin Cremeux

    Menu items are from UConn’s own Spring Valley Student Farm, Dining Services “Not Just Desserts” Bakery as well as Beltane Farms of Lebanon, CT and Green Valley Farm of Eastford, CT.

    Stop by and try a delicious and creative menu designed and prepared by Chuck & Augie's award winning chefs. Open 11:00am - 8:00pm Monday - Friday.
