Next Segment on Route 195 Water Pipe Construction Begins This Week
The Connecticut Water Company continues construction on the 5-mile water pipeline along Route 195 between Tolland and Storrs/Mansfield. Early this week, water main construction will begin on Route 195 in Coventry near the Willimantic River Bridge and work west toward Anthony Road in Tolland. Construction hours will be from 6 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Water main construction work will be suspended on Friday, August 28, for Move-In Weekend.
The first segment of water main construction on Route 195 between St. Paul’s Church and Mansfield Supply is being completed ahead of schedule, and will be wrapped up before Move-In Weekend.
