Attention Faculty and Staff:
The Office of the Controller has created a new policy to issue guidance on the Use of University Funds for Gifts, Social Functions, Sponsorships & Donations. The policy represents a consolidation of existing policies and practice into one cohesive document. Effective immediately, this policy applies to all employees and individuals with the authority to request, control or approve the expenditure of University Funds.
