The Office of the Vice President for Research is pleased to announce that Dr. Daniel Schwartz, Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiology and Neurobiology, will serve in a one-year appointment as Director of the Biotechnology Bioservices Center (BBC) at the University of Connecticut. The BBC was established by the State in 1986 as a Center of Excellence, and was reorganized in 2003 as a multidisciplinary center with a mission to facilitate research productivity in the biological sciences and related disciplines.
