He is also a member of the American Society for Clinical Investigation.

With the investment through Bioscience Connecticut Next Generation Connecticut, JAXGM collaboration and the University academic plan, the School of Medicine is poised to become one of the premier medical schools in the United States.  Meeting this goal will require close collaboration with all of the stakeholders in the School of Medicine and UConn Health.  In his new role, Bruce will continue to work closely with all of you to develop innovative curriculum and recruitment programs for medical and doctoral students, enhance diversity, identify priorities for investment through Bioscience Connecticut, increase philanthropic support, and support cross-campus collaborations.
