On Friday, May 15, University Events and Conference Services (UECS) will begin managing reservations and event support for Konover Auditorium and the Dodd Center Lounge. Use of Conference Room 162 will continue to be managed by the Dodd Center staff, in coordination with UECS. We have already begun our transition process and look forward to a seamless handoff.
Beginning May 15, reservation requests will NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED through the online EMS system.
Reservation requests for Konover Auditorium and the Lounge will be received by UECS at www.conferences.uconn.edu, reservations@uconn.edu or by calling 860-486-0229.
Reservation requests for Conference Room 162 will be received online at www.thedoddcenter.uconn.edu, via email at doddcenter.scheduling@uconn.edu, or by calling 860-486-5131.
Reservation requests involving Conference Room 162 AND Konover/Lounge should be addressed to UECS.
We anticipate that this change will provide for improved service and greater use the Dodd Center’s spaces, while ensuring that the program priorities and the building’s security are maintained.
