Congratulations to the winner and runner-up of our Stop the Knock Video Contest! Francis (Fritz) Gilbert IV won first place and a prize of $750 for his PSA showing drivers what they could lose if they text and drive. Matthew Bilmes won runner-up and $250 for his PSA depicting the ending that may occur when texting and driving. Both videos will be sent to Connecticut Department of Transportation for consideration in their upcoming campaigns. Click the following links to watch their videos:
