The 2015-2016 Health Care Open Enrollment for state employees will begin on Monday, May 11, 2015 and end on Friday, June 5, 2015.
Coverage selected during the open enrollment period will be effective July 1, 2015 through to June 30, 2016. The annual open enrollment period is the only time employees may change health plans or the dependents they cover without a qualifying status change. It is also the time when employees can change their Health Enhancement Program (HEP) election.
Storrs Campus Open Enrollment Fair will be on Friday, May 29, 2015
The 2015 Open Enrollment Fair on the Storrs campus will be held on Friday, May 29th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm in the Student Union Ballroom. Representatives from the insurance carriers will be available to answer questions and assist employees with their open enrollment decisions.
Employees will be receiving additional information in subsequent announcements.
