A Message from your Employee Assistance Program

Throughout Alcohol Awareness Month UConn’s EAP has joined with the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD) in sharing information and resources to help educate individual adults, teens, parents and families about this important health and wellness issue. In addition to highlighting federal programs informing healthy lifestyle choices previously (see April 2 and 23 Digests) we offer here three on-line resources for anyone interested in exploring self-assessments of alcohol use patterns or possible concerns.

As always, the UConn Employee Assistance Program provides confidential, free, professional consultation and brief counseling for faculty, staff and eligible family members to help identify and resolve any problems or concerns affecting you, your family or your job.
